I'll be at all three, Frank. The offer still stands to take you from HD for any or all of them, if you need it.

Thanks, Tim. In fact, my Heidelberg trip has been moved a week earlier, which is why I'm able to go to the Bochum game, but I won't be at the other 2. I look forward to seeing you in Bochum

I think you'd find it hard to beat that price elsewhere. The downside is that from Weeze you take the shuttle bus to the station, then a train to Krefeld, where you change to another train for Bochum, total journey time 2 hours. Paderborn's 3½ hours.

I'm fortunate enough to be living close to Bochum (15 minutes train ride) - has anyone got a rough idea how many will be standing?

Standing: E1 Seats: D. Methinks standing, like the good ol' days!  :)

If Bremen last year is anything to go by, most of the away supporters will opt for the standing area

That's great to hear! I was a season ticket holder in the mid - late 80s when the Holte was standing. It's pretty good now but was immense back then!!

By train Hannover is over 2 hours from Bochum and Düsseldorf just over half an hour. There's a train from D'dorf airport station direct to Bochum

I'm in as well for the Bochum game. Hotel booked near Bochum City Centre, up there for two days. Anything worth doing/visit there?

Not really. The place reminds me of Walsall although it has been many years since I was last there. There are lots of other towns nearby Dortmund or Duisberg to name but two. You will have more luck there.

The Rödinghausen game is the fly in the ointment regarding travel. We are looking at two options; come back in a taxi or hire a car. The latter will have an adverse effect on beer consumption, at least before the game.
