I'm looking forward to this one. We need to follow up Monday night with another win and put some distance between us and Wigan. Might give the Compleat Angler a miss this year though, the beer was woeful last season.

Are you heading to Yarmouth for the weekend clampy or heading home?

It's just a day job this time. We did Yarmouth last year.

Should still be a good day out - i remember sitting in a beer garden before a game on the outskirts in the sun in the brian little era  around this time of year  - lovely pints too but can't remember if it was old speckled hen or abbots ale .

Had a look on a Norwich forum and the fans seem to think hughton is very negative - lambert is still popular and many wish he was still there.

I kept my feet on the ground and went for a draw. But we are due a clean sheet and only Sunderland and QPR have scored less than Norwich at home. Add that to the fact we usually look good for a goal or two and we look capable of a win.

A win would take the pressure off completely and pile it onto Wigan for the remaining fixtures. Would love to see Benteke get to the magic 20 league goals.

For me, the situation now is exactly like it was with the Fulham game after the win against Stoke.
Win by a few goals and we'll be virtually safe, draw and we'll be kicking ourselves big time, lose and we'll be right back in the thick of it.

There's one element not mentioned so far - Lambert will be  back to his old club still angry at their behaviour.

He will sorely want to put Norwich to the sword, if not for the players but for his own satisfaction of sticking it to his chairman.

1-3.

Depends on Wigan's result.  Draw and they lose, then we've got a 6 point lead and they have one less game to close that gap.

I think we need to win if we are going to avoid a last day drama.

i think the Lambert going back bit is being over-stated.  The media seem to have forgotten he already did that in the league Cup and got it out of his system with a 4-1 win.  A repeat will go down very nicely thank-you!
