You just needed a mole to stick his head out of his burrow on your lawn, to re-create that bobble and the ball going in of Withey's shin to make it really authentic.

That was excellent Archie

Excellent Archie. Keep up the missionary work. I'm expecting Italy to be a Villa stronghold thanks to your efforts.

You haven't mentioned that it's me doing the Brian Moore commentary, Archie - though it's somewhat drowned by all the excited Italians around me

In fact. Sorry Frank, I didn't even know that, there was too more confusion, but thank you for your help as usual!

And thank you very much for your kind words, mates.

I was 16 when I saw the game live and I remember all the details that excited my kid's fantasy, like the classy white shirt with the thin claret stripes and the beautiful, traditional green shirt of Spink. Obviously, I was far away from thinking  that 30 years after I would have the privilege to experience  that event live with the real actor, and even less I could think that it would happen at my home!

After scoring again, Peter was in good company in Florence.
Strangely, after every photo, it was he that said: one more!  ;)
