Guzan
Lowton  vlaar  clark   Baker
   Westwood  Delph
Weimann                 Gabby

1-0. Bent to profit from a Young shot spilled by Hart. Yeah, that's what £20m was for, bitches.

Most predicted line ups seem to think we'll stick with the same team as Arsenal but Vlaar back in as the only change.

I really don't think that's very clever tbh, Delph and Westwood will struggle big time against Man. City's central three so I'd take Gabby out and put another body in the middle.

One way to look at this is that because of yesterday's results we've got away with playing this fixture now and probably ending up with nothing from it.

Fair play to him for these comments. Maybe he is expecting some backlash if we lose to City or maybe he has a plan ?

Agree with the three in the middle.

We just need to go all out attack and give it a right go, this is pretty much a free shot and it's an opportunity for bonus points.

As long as this match doesn't have a negative impact on our confidence then OK i.e. not another Chelsea / Spuds, anything more is a Brucey Bonus.

We can do them!

We certainly can, they're not perfect and if we perform we can do it.

I'm assuming he means that we can afford to lose tomorrow. If Wigan or Reading had won it might have been a different story but we'll still be only in the bottom 3 on goal difference if we get a tonking which isn't the end of the world.

Not that we should be writing this game off already, of course.

We can lose tomorrow and go no further down. A win or a draw moves us up. Then we have QPR and Reading. 4 or 6 points would do very nicely.

Any points from this could be a season defining boost and give us belief before playing Reading and QPR.

My predictions are normally pretty woeful, so i'm going for something off the wall.

Yaya Toure will rape our midfield so badly that West Midlands Police will arrest him after 27 minutes, thus bringing on James of Milner fame who will show us that he still can't cross it but has still got the 25 yard daisy cutter in his armoury to make it 1-0.

Hart in goal will have so little to do until the 65th minute that he has been crocheting a baby blue mankini, alas from a rare villa corner a rogue thread of the light blue sexy boddice trips him and most of the city defence up thus allowing a marauding Christian 'box head' Benteke plenty of time to shin in the equaliser off the post.

Delusion grips Villa Park, but little do the faithful know that Sky have it written into their contract that a commentator must be able to scream 'Agg-wwwwwwwwwwwwwherrrrrrrrrrrr-oooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh' at least twice a season and this game was picked for one of the quota! Hence it's movement to a Monday night, whereby a floodlight failure allows the south american to don the only pair of night vision goggles in Aston to pounce as a calamitous Villa defence go crying for their Mommies as they are scared of the dark.

Collapse is inevitable at this point, as soon as day becomes night and night becomes day the third comes shortly after by James Milner delivering a woefully underhit corner which somehow clears the first man (presumably Bannan) and hitting Lowton square amidships and rolling into the net whilst Guzan demands a yellow flag is thrown for a personal foul as dirty boy Tevez has let fly a doozy of a poot as the corner was struck.

So in essence 1-3.....
