I don't think Randy Lerner had any plans yet, but he is open to offer to a suitable person. Need to be Man City/Chelsea type owner before consider selling.
I would just rather have a more traditional ownership. Tottenham are the model for us.

Joe Lewis owns spurs, not Levy. And he lives in West Indies or something.And after selling the Browns and considering the finance he has access to, Randy probably is worth about the same.No question Spurs are better run though.

Levy is very shrewd and always seems to get the best deal for Spuds. But they also have a huge advantage in terms of income from ticket sales. That alone is worth a quality new player every season.
