I've just watched the fight back again. I'm no fan of either boxer, just like a good tear up. I had it scored 78-74 in favour of Groves. If the 9th had of been a 10-8 then with Froch coming on strong what a barnstorming finish we would have had. Froch can feel cheated by the ref aswell as there was a genuine chance that he would of pulled off the win, which let's face it after being nearly knocked out in the first and out boxed for most of the first 6 rounds would have been a legendary win.

Surely they have to rematch. Froch just didn't look right in that ring though, lot's of tapping at his nose.

Pala's doing a good job of making sure he never fights in Britain again.

Watching Macarenelli at the moment in a 10 rounder v Courtney Fry up in Liverpool, had his man down in the first. Should win this one comfortable.

Maccaranelli won his fight with a stoppage in 7th.
Liam Smith v Matk Thompson now on for British LightMiddleweight title. Makings of a good scrap into 3rd at the moment...Smith ahead!!!

Nice performance from Smith. Brian Rose will keep well clear of him.
