The question is whether he lines up with 3 at the back. This is what hurt us on Sunday. 4-5-1 will work tonight.

So after one game you want to change the formation forever. What about the games leading up to the Chelsea game???

Perhaps could've been an opportunity for Bowery to have started today?

Save it for teams who are not strong down the flanks, like Liverpool.

The formation was a big factor on Sunday.

SKY showing it as still 3-5-2 with Holman up front.

Look, he needed to keep it tight for this game and some players needed a rest. A point tonight would give us a great platform to go on and beat Wigan. Draw Spurs tonight and beat Wigan and we'd be looking at needing only about five more wins this season to be pretty sure of staying up.

I'm looking beyond staying up, win today and we will be 4 points of 8th place , it's really congested mid table and no reason why we can't get amongst it.
Your optimism is great, and think best we can hope for today is a draw, don't see us scoring unless on the break and nor sure we've the guile to break them down.

Hope I'm wrong

January is going to be crucial for us, we have to pick up 2-3 wins at least in the league. It's a big worry that we seem to have so few forwards fit as we'll need to get some goals. Would take a dull 0-0 today

Come on Villa.  I don't want to her these wankers do that elongated "marching in" song.

I'd go along with that under the cicumstances. Just hope spurs don't knacker us with an early goal.
