I've missed the first half as been in the car. Do I watch the second? Not sure I want to by the sounds of things. Very worried about our cb pairing now. Is there any update in terms of when our various short term injuries are likely to be fit again? Could really do with Vlaar and weimann back in particular. Even gabby and nzogbia would give us options we don't have today

Need a midfielder so badly.  Somebody like Craig Gardner would fit the bill.

Just as bad as Chelsea, only difference being is spurs have not punished us. We need some serious investment in January or I fear for us. At this rate Bradford may be a bigger test than we anticipate too

On the plus side it's unlikely we can be that bad in the second half.

I'm fairly sure I said that at half-time against Chelsea :-)

Kea just hasn't adjusted to the premier league yet - too weak and can't cope with the fast pace. Get bannan on in his place?

We need three or four quality, experienced pros. Surely the funds are there for it - we must have one of the cheapest squads in the PL at the moment?

Oh that's how this could get worse.

45 minutes of misplaced would-be Hollywood passes will do the trick.

We are desperate for reinforcements. I'm glad we are just before the window instead of just after it.

Harsh on Bannan. He's been our most improved players this season and was very impressive in some of the games we have won.

Apart from Swansea, Liverpool and Norwich...pretty much every game? Oh and Man City in the cup.

We had more of the play in the 4 minutes after the enforced change in formation than in the previous 44.

I would have hoped that it was change Lambert would have made at half time anyway but with herd off instead of Baker.

Either way we need substantial reinforcement in midfield. And if Vlaar is not back soon in central defence too.

I just don't think hoping to hang on for another 45 minutes while giving Benteke no service at all up front and allowing Spurs to waltz through our midfield at will is the way forward.  Ireland's already on, let's try Bowery up front with Benteke.

Westwood off, Albrighton on.

Blimey.

That's our problem we have too many important players out injured. Lambert is having to select a team from the few available. I can understand now why KEA hasn't been getting a game. Holman, for all his effort reminds me of elephant football. Benteke is constantly offside.

Albrighton on for Westwood!
