We need to improve our goal difference, in a slow and orderly manner.

Us 2 - 1 Them

Tom & Hanks for us, Adebayor for them.

We will wallop them.
9-0.
N'zog won't play though as he will fall out of his bed on Tuesday night and injure his small toe.
The Benteke that was last seen at Kanfield will get 4.
Lowton will get 2.
Guzan will score from a goal kick.
Wee Barry will score 2 from long range.......ya that is where this theory falls down. His attempts from outside the box are laughable. Consistent though.

I should imagine Vlarr , Ireland and Bennett will start .

I would like to see charlie start but f**k knows where he will be.

he might put Delph and KEA in .  Keep Albrighton away please and Gabby can stay on the bench , he would not have made no difference today.

I think Lambert will dish out the bollocking and we will sneak a 2-1win

think PL will definitely bring in KEA for this one, Sandro and Dembele are both big strong lads, we need some steel in the midldle. may be a good time to give wee Barry a break.

think we'll bounce back, 2-2 Benteke and Clarke, don't care for them.

UTV!!!!!

Live on TV again.
Again, i fear we will do nothing to change our national reputation of either being boring or up for a battering.

As a play on a Christmas Carol you have three scenerios.  The Villa of the past, present and future.  We have had 2 visions in the Liverpool and Chelsea games.  The question is what will the spurs game throw up and which games falls into which category.  High brow stuff.

No bounce back, no backlash. Just more misery, this time at home. Our spirit is shattered.

And all that based on one game.

Exactly!  There are people calling for Holman to be dropped for Gods sake. The game before Holman was being lauded for his exceptional industry by the fans and the media.

What Lambert should (and probably will do) is pick exactly the same team and suggest they go out and win the game.

Which they are quite capable of doing.

I don't want the same team, I think lichaj needs to be replaced for sure and I'd probably bring Delph in for bannan , if nzogbia is fit then I'd play him ahead of Holman who looks in need of a rest.

                                  Guzan

  Lowton.        Herd.    Clark.    Baker.          Bennett

                 Westwood .      Delph.       Nzogbia

                            Weimann.     Benteke

I'd keep the same side personally. They need to be given the chance to put yesterday's result behind them.

Lichaj is not a left back, he was ok as cover but now bennettis fit he should take over, bannan and Holman looked tired and poor and Delph and nzogbia would add some fresh legs.
