Sadly I've thought this all along Lichaj and Herd are useful squad players but they should never be regular starters for us.
I agree.
I think Lichaj is especially poor.

Out the door with Albrighton.

I think this is asking a bit much of the magic Admiral's Pie.

For every Liverpool or Swansea, there's a Southampton. I think people were expecting a bit much after the last couple of games.

Maybe so, but nobody can be happy with being 3-0 down after half an hour when Chelsea haven't really had to play out of 2nd gear.  We look like the team who have travelled around the world in the last week.

We look like a team that has players that belong in the bottom half, against a side that, despite having a poor season, will comfortably finish in the top 4.

Bannan reminds me of Dennis Mortimer. Neither can/could shoot to save their lives but it never stops them trying.

I hope we can save on the wailing and gnashing of teeth. There'll be more matches like this, this season. I don't agree Chelsea have been in second gear, they've been playing at a high pace.

One thing I can agree on is that we can't go on with Herd and Lichaj in the side for too much longer.

Let's give it a whirl.
Got to be better than this shit sandwich of a first half.

Lambert singing the defence's progress but against a good quality attack we look poor.

Don't see what PL can do at half time to change this and don't think Vlaar would change the result, just a lesser score

He good massively change it. Take Herd who is a liability off and put Ireland on who got motm here last year.

I thought you might say something like that!  I agree, just saying it's tough to accept being slaughtered with a cheery smile and a shrug.

Bit unlucky for us that Chelsea appoint a half-decent manager and start playing really well just in time for us to turn at the Bridge.
