I can book tickets on Monday for the 2nd leg. After seeing previous posts would I be right in saying I can't book online and will have to do it over the phone as I have no chance of getting to the ticket office in person from Cornwall.

I think you should be fine, if you look at the criteria stuff on the OS it just says "In person at Ticket Office" by the Sunday tier only. I think it's because it's a very broad criteria so they're expecting a lot of demand that day.

It may have been, but they are all gone.
