Rumour going round that Bent has left the ground.

Great. He better not upset the others.

Which may be exactly the kind of attitude that is the reason he is not getting picked.

If Bent isn't willing to pull in the same direction as everyone else then he can fuck off. We need all payers and staff pulling in the same direction and I've just about had enough in the past two or three years of tossers earning in a week what most would be happy to earn in year pissing all over our great name. These young lads are the way forward and if the Bent's, Hutton's and Warnock's of the world aren't willing to put in a shift then they can go play elsewhere.

We don't know what's going on behind the scenes but Lambert has already frozen out a number of players. I don't get leaving Darren Bent out, not at all. If we're scoring goals without him, fair do's but we're not. Stubborness, making a point, well that's all well and good, if you're winning. We ain't.

Better win tonight Mr Lambert!

or maybe he's the one upset at being treated badly.

Is there any real evidence that Bent is actually causing problems?

I'm not a stato but could this be the most inexperienced Premier League starting XI ever put out by an established Premier League team...or did we make that record a few games back?
