Is it right that there's no Viagogo this season ?
No, we are still with them I think .

Nothing up on the Villa page just yet on their website.

Someone did randomly post on a thread in the main forum we weren't dealing with them this season so wait and see where the cheap Trinity upper tickets turn up this season.

The ticket office told me earlier that we are no longer dealing with Viagogo.

They are however trying to offer an alternative service/supplier for ticket resale. This won't be in place in time for the United, and probably the Sunderland fixtures.

"Details of the new partnership will be announced the week starting July 27."

To be fair to Viagogo  they offered a generally good service (unless something went wrong) or you decided that you wanted to go at the last minute, when extra charges were added not only for their service but also for collecting the tickets.

Fans of other clubs moan about Ticket Stub who are Viagogo's big competitor in the market.

The delay does have an immediate impact on fans who live outside the West Midlands area and perhaps cannot get to each home game, like a Friday night against the Mancs.

I liked Viagogo aswell, will see what the new service is like.

Certainly needs a refresh on the O/S as the article says the new partnership was going to be announced last week!

Do you mean Stub Hub ?

I use them for some games Stateside (Baseball and NHL). I've never had a problem as a buyer

Have to say I hate the new Seatwave site. It's truly crap compared to viagogo.
Another questionable decision by the club.

I used it for the Sunderland game, they were fine. Nothing really different to Viagogo.

seat wave are below any acceptance level.  There is going to be a lot of problems for Villa unless they drop them.
