Andreas Weimann insists the players will be "banging the dressing room door down" to get out there on Saturday against Norwich.Weimann says there's a real deep determination among the claret and blue troops to turn things around - and quickly.He said: "The players can't wait for the game. If you play well in the team you'll stay in. If you perform brilliantly in training, you'll get in the side."That's a real fair system. There's incentive there for every member of the squad. It's healthy competition. Everyone feels that."You have to give your best every single training session. That can only be good for the manager, the team and the fans."You might miss out on the Saturday but there's no time to be down because you know it's a fresh start again on Monday."He can change the team any given week and you have to make sure that if he does, you're the man he picks."
