have people seen this Sissoko bloke play?

is there any chance (at all) that he's actually pish?

He's very good on Championship Manager, which I suspect is driving the clamour.

He is a very decent player. Will be worth 15 and attracting big interest inside 18 months. Tiote, Cabeye, Sissoko and Ben Arfa is a fucking brilliant midfield.

Meanwhile at Villa Park.....

Oooo there is some proper quality tumbleweed there.

Seriously, I would love Faulkner to explain how it is in the best interests of the club not to buy this window. I see Randy is not a billionaire in £ as well as $. He can afford to put it in to keep us up and build a bit FFS.

Have I missed something? Has Faulkner really said this?

Ah he's one of those!  I remember Luke Moore was a demon in the 03/04 version.

If he's decent fair enough, I was just having a hard time getting worked up about
us missing out on him. My own fault for never having heard of him I suppose.

Nope he's said and done fuck all. As for Sissoko I've seen him play a few times for Toulose and he looks ideally suited to the Premier League.

So Newcastle have signed two full backs, a CB, a striker/winger and now a CM in little over a week. They're definitely focused on moving up the table.

Satisfactory at teaching, crap at doing, but must be getting something right with coaching football (my school team are Walsall Champions and through to the West Midlands Final). It's "you're", by the way...

Yes. They're a cracking team both in terms of ability and attitude. The West Mids final was supposed to be this Saturday but has been postponed to the 9th February. This year I've had far more enjoyment and excitement from watching these play than I do when I go to watch the Villa.
