Andy Townsend said in studio that WBA is probably strongest midlands team...and "Villa doesn't have much else to show than that they've been strongest team in Midlands", not a exact quote but pretty much that. Pillock.

Deservedly so. Interesting line up. I think as has been said each week, predicting the side is literally impossible.

Delph and el ahmadi holding. Then it looks like albrighton, Holman, gabby behind benteke. So no bent, n'zogbia or bannan.

I guess it could be gabby up top and Holman left, or we could move to that during the game.

I'm not sure about that side in terms of the midfield.  Albrighton hasn't had a good game in months.

Plus I've got bent as my fantasy football captain!

Bloody hell. Lambert really likes to rotate his squad.

I just hope KEA,Delph,Holman and Albrighton can do enough to win the battle in midfield.

Glad to see Gabby back, he looked fearless on Tuesday night.

Interesting team, like Albrighton so fingers crossed for a good game. Put 5op on Bannan and 2-0 for my duaghter so a 2-0 single it is. Come on you Villa boys.

In his defence, he hasn't actually played a competitive match in months.

Very happy for Albrighton. I felt he lost his way a little after a great start to his career. He has the right environment and manager to get things back on track.

I imagine we've matched up to their 4231. Hopefully we can get gabby in support of benteke. He certainly should hold the ball up better than bent

This team is similarl to the side that plate citeh. Great result, but watching the highlights, citeh really didn't seem to have much intensity to their game. Today will be different!

Nervous!

I like the look of that team - should be an interesting game.  Assume that he has Delph and Holman in there to try and close the space in midfield and get amongst them.  Looking fwd to watching Gabby and Benteke upfront together.
