Never knew Mark Delaney was working for the club on the acadamy coaching side - fair play to him

And the squad cannot be right - stated on radio today that Stan has been given the 20 shirt - that cannot be right either or we have been applauding a minute to early :)

Everyone always goes on about how good Arsenal's academy but you look at the existing squad only 7 home grown players!

Love that. It's something that needs to happen more. Arsenal only have 7. Though in the FA's rules, the definition of home grown isn't restricted to brit born of course. I do like that we've got a good core of British players, alongside promising foreign players.
