Apologies if this has been posted before:

From the BBC Website on the Pre Match Preview:

"MATCH FACTS"
Head-to-head

•The home side are unbeaten in the last 10 Premier League fixtures between these two clubs.

WRONG WRONG WRONG.

We sent them down with a 1-0 win at Villa Park on 24th May 2009!! just a mere 5 Premier League meeting ago actually!

I think the BBC mean that the team at home doesn't lose.... not Newcastle.

I got a sneaky feeling we'll get something today.

And convincingly so. Like all revolutions, this one will take time to get going.

Yes, I'm afraid I think we'll be beaten today, but I am hopeful for a significant improvement in the contribution Villa will make to the contest, as opposed to the match against Everton.

However, I am convinced that we'll be absolutely fine this season.

I took that to mean that there hasn't been an away win in that time between the two teams, in which case they're correct.

From what I've read of the rules it says we're not allowed to post links of sites where the game is streamed from. Does this include places where the game could be watched, pubs, clubs etc? I don't want to get in grief!

Geordie Dave: what are your thoughts on your questions?

Soz about the banners.
Think MON is massively over-rated by the media. He's a good manager, but he's built success on the back of spending a lot of cash.
We've signed a couple of decent youngsters, Bigirimana from Cov and Anita are both prospects, but overall it's a disappointing window. With regards to your window; I was expecting you to go after a few "names", but I think you've gone the right route; young and hungry.
I think you'll be in trouble this year. If Benteke doesn't pick up the goal-scoring mantle there's a lot of pressure on Bent.
I reckon Ireland could be important for you.
Given will not play much I fear
Villa: top of the bottom half of the table & you'll need to strengthen again in January. We should be aiming to again challenge for the top 7/8 spots. We've more depth in midfield, but we're still shockingly thin at the back and up front.
City will win it.
City-Man U-Chelsea-Arsenal-Spurs-Everton
Wigan-Norwich-Southampton
Carzola, Hazard, Ramirez
Our dangerman is the Hatem Bomb. I'm worried about Bent for you.
I'm not confident, going for a 1-1

Dave, N'Zogbia has been shocking for us - did Newcastle fans see a good player?
He was a good prospect, but his head was filled with his own hype, from his agents & some of our fans. He's the same as Hoilett, Moses, Pennant.
