I thought I'd get in there early... Does anyone have a ST reference I can use for this? I'm a season ticket holder, but I've got no away booking history (I always buy off other people references!) And I'm pretty sure it'll be sold out by the 27th.

Any help greatly appreciated!

Heh... It hasn't sold out... I've been sorted for a ticket, so as of tomorrow morning I have a reference that's available for anyone who wants it...

I am back from China the week before the W Ham game. Has anybody got any means of a ticket or a reference for me to get a ticket?

I will be staying in london from 10 August so can meet early to hand over cash if that is an issue.

Ta for your help.

Interesting to note that West Ham had a full page colour advert in yesterday's Evening Standard almost pleading with visitors to London to take in the first game of the season.

I reckon it'll be Kids for a Quid at Upton Park come January...and to think Gold et al still want the Olympic Stadium!

When booking my tickets for the newcastle game I asked when the ones for west ham would be sent out. Was told that West Ham only sent them to Villa on Friday and that they would be posted this week.

Is it still a pain in the neck to get away from?

Back into the smoke afterwards, I'm guessing it's about a 20 minute walk?

The is one thing I hate about people giving references away, I was at VP on Friday and spoke to some people who have tickets but not been to any games in the last 4 seasons and dont have season tickets.

If I could not go to an away game and had a high booking history. I would not give my reference out and therefore let someone who has the history go instead.

I spoke to someone today who gave there reference out last season who missed out on West Ham tickets after the same guy used his reference last week.
