Bertie Mee said to Bill Shankly
Have you heard of the North Bank, Highbury?
Shanks said no. I don't think so
But I've heard of the Villa..... Aggro.

La, la, la la, la, la, la, la
La, la, la la, la, la, la, la
La, la, la la, la, la, la, la
Heard of the Villa.... Aggro.

The Ansells brewery, M&B
We don't drink whisky and we don't drink rum
We are the boot boys from Brum

I like the last few!  I reckon London Villa should offer this fit bird a bit of what Dixon of Dock Green's wife gets every night!

Can't remember how this one finished -

Mary from the mountain glen
seduced herself with a fountain pen
off came the lid and the ink ran wild
and she gave birth to a blue & white child
they called the bastard Francis
they called the bastard Francis
they called the bastard Francis .......

Just came across this site on-line

http://fanchants.co.uk/football-team/aston_villa/

Should we change the plan and just get better recording of existing songs???

A b-loser once sang to my kids as we passed: 'Villa Villa smell like liver', so my kids tripped him over and kicked his, er, I mean, sang 'b-lose, b-lose always lose'.

The song that made me laugh the most was "i'd rather be a speedboat than Kanu" at the Baggies.

Hi Vancouver

The fact that you posted this say more about you than me.

"The synic in me wonders if LondonVilla having had no joy here is on another fans forum trying to drum up interest for this little business adventure"

I only post on this site and have no links with http://fanchants.co.uk/football-team/aston_villa/ which is free to uses. Why don,t you just relax and have fun with all of this.

Don't let the "Synic" win

I know its been tried already but surely if you have a talented vocalist then may be you could get her to show the club how "The Bells Are Ringing" should be done...its the one true Villa anthem that the fans want, and seemingly the club, but last seasons efforts were a joke...if it can be done properly to resurrect the song on the Holte then you'd deserve a standing ovation.

Sorry LondonVilla, but we saw all this last year culminating in the bells attempt. It's a good try but you do get tired of another sing song thread esp one that includes fit birds and recording of the tracks. With just a few posts and this idea, which would obviously cost money, you could be forgiven for believing that this is a bit of a scam. Or at the least a far fetched idea. If you can pull it off then I take it all back.

Now, back to the thread. What's your favourite so far and when on earth is the picture of the fit bird to sing it???
