Will Arthur find another player for us :) for Paul Lambert.

I doubt it, he got sacked this week.

EDIT actually, I am now thinking I totally imagined that.

You didn't. I read it too. He's gone along with the departure of the magnificent Glenn Roeder.

Roeder will be mowing the front lawn at his semi in Watford, angrily scouting for ladybirds.

Such a waste. We'll regret it.

Do people rate Roeder as a scout then?

His work will not be forgotten.

"Alex, these guys are pretty good. Better defend I reckon. Glenn."

Who's our new chief scout then? Newcastle signed Alan Carr's dad up on an eight(!) year deal I saw the other day. Hard to take seeing Cabaye do so well at the Euros when we could have had him and not Jermaine Jenas.
