Remember this game being absolutely dreadful, then Merson just does this. Very strange day, but great memory to take away from it.

I've only been to Goodison twice and both times we've won thanks to last minute winners.  This game and the Ashley Young game in 2008/09.

my favourite goal, wind on to 19 secs

perfect McGrath tackle, raking Cowans pass, Daley at his best, away end goes ballistic and best of all it was at the Albion. They say there's no such thing as true perfection but here I have evidence to the contrary

Have only read the thread title. I will nominate the one I smacked in from 30 yards direct from a free kick against St Benedicts in the final year of school.

So good that people stopped behind after the gane to try it themselves and we did the local school rivals.
