Good luck to Darren Moore.

He was horribly unlucky to lose his job at the Albion -he had them in fourth place when he was sacked!

Still, at least it helped us to stay up.

Now, perhaps he can help Wednesday stay up and send Small Heath down...

Frank Lampard still looking for a club.  ;)

He, and they (assuming you mean Celtic), could do a lot worse.

Steve Cotterill back in hospital with Covid-pneumonia.  https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/56242245

Really hope this is precautionary and he pulls through.  This isn't good at all.

Good luck to Darren Moore. I had the pleasure of playing a couple of games with him. He was a regular at Torquay United FC Youth Team and I was training with them for a few years but I never quite made the grade and at 16 they let me go. He was a giant back then, a year older than me and you could tell he was a bit special compared to most of the kids.  A really nice chap too, never big headed and helped the younger players like myself when we stepped up to their level when called upon.

Blimey Ian, you wait years for a Devon inspired football anecdote, then two come along at once!

Hey, we're not all surf bums down 'ere you know.

Actually saying that, one of my girls got in the sea last Sunday for her first surf this year. I chickened out, far too cold for me.

Steve Bruce throws Matt Ritchie under the bus after the game because he didn't pass on some tactical advice resulting in an altercation and a pushing and shoving match. Ritchie called Bruce a coward and said he didn't respect him and neither did the rest of the players. The local journalist says Bruce has lost the fans, the players and the local media.

Local journalist Craig Hope who broke the story says this is "Just the tip of the iceberg".

Sounds like he's on his way out. Not before our game I hope.

Incident carried by a lot of papers now - here's the Metro's article. I can't see any way back for him if this really happened.

This tweet from a Newcastle fan underneath made me chuckle - sound familiar?
Quote
Newcastle manager and tactical maestro Steve Bruce is blaming the left midfielder he brought on at right back (after releasing a right back who was playing more regularly than the right back who started tonight) for not passing on tactical instructions quickly enough

Not a happy camp - Steve will say that this type of incident happens at every football club

I donít think he will worry too much another few million in compo into his bank when he gets his P45
