Surely they need to put their boots on first?

If Albion beat Newcastle then they’ll be at the tickly bit of the season.

Kind of what I'd expect from Bruce, the nice kindly uncle that will throw you under the bus to save his own arse.

That podcast with Tommy Elphick said a lot, he gave him credit for stabilising us but was personally fucked about royal by Bruce, to the point that he raced to Bodymoor Heath to clear his locker first thing and get on the road to Hull so that Bruce couldn't flip-flop on him again and pull the deal. That kind of shit rankles with people, and it just undermines his position over time, which is probably why he never lasts long anywhere.

Not a happy camp - Steve will say that this type of incident happens at every football club

To be fair to him, this kind of thing probably does happen at every football club that he manages as soon players come to realise he's useless and will happily throw them under a bus, so he will see it as normal.

Robbie Savage still usually sticks up for Bruce when he is getting criticism on 5Live.

Jimmy Shand has had the boot at Solihull Moors.

I thought Tim Flowers was still in charge there.

An opportunity for Dwight Yorke.

Ironically Tim Flowers also today departed from Barnet as boss.

Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink certainly seems to have turned Burton Albion around. They looked doomed a while back.

Yes, it's an incredible transformation. They've had a bit of luck in some of the games I've seen, but that only takes you so far. Their defensive record is almost as good as ours!

Mental decision.

Agreed.

Very surprised by this, I thought he'd stay on even if they went down.
