The goal was conceded because the players failed to cover the far post.
The fact that we've conceded so often this season from set pieces is entirely down to the manager and coaches. That - amongst many reasons - is why he must go.

I don't think Lerner could've possibly made a worse choice of manager. If for some reason he decides to keep him on as manager you have to question the guys sanity???
