Yes, and it is an aggressive form of the disease apparently.

I will be at the game tomorrow with my good mate and Villa regular, JW. Only 12 months ago he was diagnosed with Leukemia, yet now,following a course of treatment and bone marrow transplant he is fit, well, and like me,wishing you the same speedy recovery from this indiscriminate illness.

I've never met Stiliyan Petrov but through his conduct and manner I've formed the impression that he is a hugely admirable individual and that we are lucky to have him at our club.  I wish him all the best for a full and speedy recovery, which I am sure he will achieve.
