Sheff UTD away 92-93
« on: March 26, 2012, 11:03:33 PM »
I've searched everywhere for footage of Garry Parker's second goal at the away end Sheff utd 92/93 season to no avail.
It was me on the edge of the area celebrating with him after his second screamer of the game and would just love to be able to see it again, it did make MOTD that night! lol
I didn't realize I had ran so far until i turned around to leg it back and saw the atewars from both sides of the away end dashing over to try and grab me, I jumped back in and managed to hide for the rest of the game.

Any ideas??..

Cheers, thanks in advance for your help.

Up the Villa!

I was there and remember you, their loons used to stand to the left of the away end back then and I remember them not being too happy.

I thought it was 93/ 94 (it was my dads 50th birthday , so the game would have been around 29th August )

I've just checked my VHS tape and it is on the official 1992/93 video and two lads run onto congratulate Parker after his strike.

This reminds me of my mate and I seeing our white flag in the Clock End at the League Cup semi replay against QPR everytime Sir Brian's goals were shown.

To this day it make s me smile to see it.

Fair play for getting ontot eh pitch -  and off in one piece
