He got re-deployed back to Vietnam. Kept hiding in the long grass at Bodymoor with a big knife refusing to engage the enemy.

I don't want Matt Jarvis..
why!!! He can atually cross the ball

because I want good players, to form a good team. He's average.

Even my Wolves supporting colleague said, when i mentioned Jarvis, "he's not good enough for you"

But did he say that when we had Young and Downing on the wings or when we had Heskey and Bannan there?

About two months ago.

I was amazed at that point that anyone would think any player was too good for us.

Indeed.

Personally I'd take any of the wingers who have played for England in the last couple of years ahead of our current options, Jarvis included.

Obviously not Shaun Wright-Phillips though. That goes without saying.

Two Wolves season ticket holders I know, but who have no knowledge of each other's existence, described Jarvis as 'a headless chicken'.

I'm very convinced that Jarvis just isn't that good. He's slow and his tricks are predictable

I prefer matt Phillips

I wouldn't be opposed to us putting in a £3m bid for Downing. Should they accept it we can always fail to meet personal terms.

I would. I dont want that treacherous rat anywhere near this club again.
At least I could join in with the booing. Get the snake back.

Jarvis could be a decent addition to the squad, if not a starter.  He can play on both wings and would provide decent cover.  We need to start building a squad so we don't find ourselves as thin on the ground as we have been this season.  Hoillett would be a great signing on a free, but I doubt we will get near him.

According to the Mail, Everton are front runners to land Das Bost. What an ego bruising that would be.. rejects the Villa to join an elite club, Everton.

They spent £5m on Jelavic in the transfer window, what a signing he's turned out to be. See also Cisse at Newcastle.
Meanwhile, our wanky owners were sitting on their hands.
