Apart from the 9 in 13 that kept us up last season.

Depends if you hold the simplistic view that goals + doing nothing > fewer goals + doing everything.

Pssst....goals win football matches.

Pssst....so does setting them up for other people.....and putting opposition players under pressure.....and chasing back to help out the defense.....and holding the ball up allowing us the keep possession.

Yep it's bollocks, if we set up with the exact team who started the game with Bent as the central striker he'd score and our game wouldn't be affected.
