i'd go with paul on this one, Neville is supprisingly better than i was expecting

best bit of his punditry this season was his description of David Luiz.  Very good.

Savage says Bolton, completely agree, for me Blackburn will change there manager shortly and survive, can't see Fulham getting relegated, I think one of the new boys will go down and I would agree there will be a surprise package, for me that would be between Villa and Wigan although you could hardly claim Wigan would be a surprise package.

As for Villa going down, we have the right man for the job to do just that and it increasingly begins to look as though he is with us until at least the end of the season.

Swansea game will be a vital 3 points.

I don't think we'll go down, but that's only because there is some real shit in this league.

I like Neville. I nearly always like people who's names are blessed with the pre-fix 'Red'.

That assuaged my worries that I had until recently. Not much to crow about though is it?

I'll probably get lambasted for this but i actually quite like claridge as a pundits.

I quite like Calaridge too but was always too embarrassed to admit.

I'll join in with the Claridge love-in.
I like him because he has some knowledge of football below The Premiership having journeyed his way through clubs at all levels.

I, dare I say it, quite like Robbie Savage. He's a clown but seems to realise this himself. I think I chose the wrong arena to admit this in.

Can't believe it. We're a mighty 6 points ahead of the drop zone. We've pulled off a fantastic draw against Stoke, weve won one of our last seven games and only lost four out of our last five home games. Savage must be both an idiot and a Bluenose to think we might get relegated.

Yet despite all that there are still 8 clubs below us in the league. What makes you think at least 6 of those are suddenly going to improve and that, after the tough run of fixtures, we won't?

I'm actually with you on this.

Can't argue with anything he says, we are currently in relegation form and unless we start getting some results we are goin down. Today's performance against Chelsea will tell us alot.

Teams that sell their best players and dont replace them get relegated I don't think it will be this season but unless were lucky enough to get a mega rich owner buy us I'm pretty certain we'll be gone next season

I'm fairly confident that we won't be relegated. There are too much dross in the league that are worse than us. We still have some decent players, and McLeish, though a limited manager, isn't as clueless as some make out.

However, after each loss I get slightly nervous: I fear that the intended decline becomes uncontrolled (like at Leeds or Portsmouth), and that we end up in a relegation battle. If that happens, the fact is that McLeish's record in fighting for survival isn't the best.
