Looks good on the players even the away one I like  , I think the first pic I saw with the bloke in it , just put me off at first .
But I am warming to them both .  without the Genting on , it looks quite retro .

I like it, bought one from VP on Saturday.

However had I not recently lost over a stone in weight I think I may not have fitted the shirt.

The XXL size is just about ok for me!

has anyone seen the long sleeve yet? I usually prefer them to the short sleeve shirt, but I'm curious to see what the cuffs looks like.

The shirt, not the young lad..... For the record.

I saw the shirts in the flesh in the town centre shop on saturday. I like both of them but i do wish that they would iron them before putting them on show - without sounding like a bit of a girl but they do look a bit "raggy" when just thrown on a hanger - they looked like they should have been over the road at Primark and so looked a bit cheap.

I do hoever think that with another stripe on the collar it could have been almost perfect.

As others have said if we win a higher percentage of games i could not care if they wore bin bags to be honest

It's a bit fussier than I'd have liked - the collar / neck bit could probably have been a bit simpler - but anything I don't like about the design is way of the level of making me think it's horrible.

Look at those ones we had two years ago from Nike, the ones with the checkered panels down the side. They were truly horrible. I never bought one (too old, innit) so didn't get to examine them massively closely, but they also looked to be really low quality materials, too.

The sponsor name on that one looked like they do on the knock-off shirts you see on market stalls in Europe.

Personally I think it looks better once the collar has been tucked in. I also think that it is much better quality than the Nike shirt last year and feels nicer on. All in all I'm pleased

What would happen if (for example) we were to sign a Muslim player who was opposed to wearing a gambling logo on his shirt?

Happened with Kanoute at Sevilla. Eventually they agreed to make a large donation to a charity he chose. He had been threatening to cover the sponsor with tape.

My youngest son got his new shirt on Saturday via Royal Mail. I think it looks good in a retro sort of way and harks back to the colour of shirts we had in the seventies and early eighties. My wife did wonder about the yellow on the bottom of the shirt as it does seem a bit pointless! Overall a good style though. Well done to all concerned on the launch as well!

Didn't know that. Interesting.

has anyone seen the long sleeve yet? I usually prefer them to the short sleeve shirt, but I'm curious to see what the cuffs looks like.

The cuffs are actually cuffs, if you know what I mean? The shirt doesn't just come to an end like with Nike.

I did notice that ... it was a nice little touch. Looked like a proper sleeve as opposed to an extension, as Nike's were.
