Welcome to the Villa Paul, really looking forward to hopefully seeing the club move forward with you. Needs to be a building process, it won't happen overnight, and hopefully the board understand this and will give backing, not in a silly over the top investments, but with well selected purchases, utilising the youth set up to bring the talent on and hopefully through into the first team.

This is the first time for quite a few years that I genuinely feel excited about what will happen at the villa.
