No surprise though is it?
Men against boys or the Haves v Have nots

Citeh are in a different class to us and unless Randy sells to somebody with big bucks we wil only go backwards.

Of course we will go backwards.

We've taken the woefully under strength squad of last year, sold two of the best players, released lots more, not replaced them, and made the most underwhelming managerial appointment.

It is nothing to do with today, which was predictable, but was there ever any chance of not going backwards under those circumstances?

Not a prayer.

I bet you he starts with the same lineup next week.  That's the saddest thing.

let's live in the real world shall we. There is no multi-billionaire looking to buy an EPL club at the moment and there isn't likely to be one in the near future.

Citeh were shit in the first half and there for the taking but the manager chose to fuck it with poor team selection.   Now we pay.   Fuck off Eck.
Should Harry Redknapp Fuck off for Spurs too ?

In the same way as did MON and Houllier. Face it, we're not in the same class as Citeh at the moment ... but then they have spent x amount of millions on players.
Let's stay real, here.

What's the point then?
Indeed! This is the way the game as gone and Citeh have set the new rules - ££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££

The gulf in class makes me want to cry.

And that is why current football is shite.

2-3 years ago i'd have been devestated. this barely registers now. you have a rough idea who you're going to beat and you certainly know who's going to beat you. So predictable. More kids gonna be buying city shirts tomorrow because they only support the teams in fashion. fed up of football, its more fun playing it on a games console.

We were always going to lose this one. We just need to make sure we are back on track with a win against those stripy fuckers next week.

watching Aston Villa at the moment is like watching Charlton Athletic during the final season of Alan Curbishley
