Fair play he’s a Villa fan but he’s still up against the wall with all the rest of them come the revolution.
All he's got to do is say "Up the Villa"and he gets a free pass, like the other 60 thousand from Small Heath who will try the same trick, but we just check how many fingers they have

Maybe they'll have found a cure for hair loss by the time the revolution comes.

I had a notification on my phone of an article... just about his new "beard".

If you watch that clip that gets shown about why he supports Villa he says as an aside after the ups and down soundbyte that he has friends who are Villa fans. My guess would be that is the crux. There are always a couple of bald blokes with him (sometimes with kids). I am sure its the Highgrove background.

Why does Prince William support Aston Villa?

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/cje3kdekvz4o

Always suspected this is a line someone scripted and the real reason is he grew up at Highgrove. There would be a lot of Villa supporters in that area including by estate workers. He always seems to attend with fellow Villa supporters.

I think it was reported a long time ago that it was as stated. I remember a photo of him as a young lad wearing a Villa Hat in the Birmingham Mail. That was around the early 90s. It was then that the speculation started.

Anyway, the next king is a Villa fan and so too the one after.

Wouldn't it be a thing for the club to acquire a Royal Warrant

A relative who worked for Villa many years ago used to tell me that William and his minder - who was a Villa fan - used to go on the Holte in disguise.

Wouldn’t surprise me. I think there’s a v genuine explanation. He was pictured with the Villa hat years before the Bolton semi he attended.

He gives us brilliant exposure and he genuinely loves the club. However he arrived at supporting us he appears fully invested. And it’s not like he suddenly showed up for Bayern. He’s experienced the misery too.

I just don't see it, they wouldn't risk it with someone of his level of "importance".
