This is so true, I got rid of Bale and Ba in the week, 4 goals between the c***s today.

I dropped Bent for Rooney last night...who now has mysteriously picked up a hamstring injury since bringing him into my FF team late last night. The good news is I also dropped N'Zogbia so if he plays tomorrow then he'll probably score a hat-trick.

Feeling strangely optimistic about this one. I reckon the dressing room heart-to-heart after the Bolton defeat will lead to a reinvigorated team spirit with everyone, even Charlie N'Zogbia, pulling together, and sweating blood for the cause.

A win would be very, very welcome.  A few teams who have started poorly have started to click into gear and pick up points and we could drop a few places if we lose tomorrow. If we start dropping down the league heads will drop, supporters will turn on players and management and the clouds over the club will be difficult to dissipate especially as confidence seems so fragile.

I swapped Bent for Rooney as well, had heard no mention that Shrek might be injured. Bollocks!

I played my wildcard and made wholesale changes to my fantasy side. I bet they are all smegging injured!

No matter how I try I just can't see us getting anything out of this game. For some reason Loftus Road has never been a lucky ground for us and right now they're full of confidence and playing some good stuff - neither of which applies to us! - so I'd consider a draw a good result. But sadly I think we'll lose, and I'll go for 2-0

Last time I was there c84 there was this really annoying steward who was knocked out by a blasting shot from the Villa players as they were warming up.   The perils of such a tight pitch.  Went down like a sack of spuds.

Last time I was there (around 1994 I think) we lost 2-0 with our former prolific "striker" Gary 'the tache' Penrice scoring for them. As if that wasn't bad enough Lee Hendrie came on as a sub to make his debut... and was sent off about 15 mins later, and we ended the game with Nigel Spink playing centre forward! Nightmare!

Routine 2-0 defeat. Barton to walk all over our midfield,  Campbell and Wrong-Phillips will be too quick for our back line to deal with.
