At the moment I think we will finish 7th or 8th (providing we don't have an injury like last season). But with time still left before the transfer window closes, i'm still hopeful that a certain Mr Messi and a few other signings will arrive and push us on to 5th place.

I'll just try my hand at the premiership I think...We might be more consistent but we'll do very well to manage a top half finish. Arsenal and Spurs could be on the cusp of a decline after this season and it'll be up to clubs like villa to build a platform from which to be replacing them in that top six within a couple of seasons....I've been kind to Everton there. I think the clubs from 7th to 12th won't be separated by many points. I expect the gap from 6th to 7th will be a fairly wide one.

1 Man Utd
2 Chelsea
3 Man City
4 Liverpool
5 Arsenal
6 Spurs
7 Everton
8 Sunderland
9 Villa
10 Fulham
11 Stoke
12 Bolton
13 West Brom
14 QPR
15 Newcastle
16 Wolves
17 Wigan
18 Blackburn
19 Norwich
20 Swansea

cd - make your mind up about Stevenage as well!

At least I know that Barnet aren't in the FA Trophy! Anyway, who's worse... the idiot, or the person that copies and pastes the idiot?

I've amended Stevenage, replaced with Creepy Crawley.

I thought it was customary to have at least one error in a prediction post!

Maybe if Bottlers Arsenal get knocked out of the European Cup they could draw them. Might have a chance then.
