He's a good player and a solid professional that the young lads could do a lot worse than learn from. He does have a stamina issue for 90 minutes of PL football, but contributes until his legs start to go. What we need to do is use him intelligently and once he starts to struggle make a change. Which other team in the PL has a captain who after an hour can't run and breathes out of his backside?I want a captain who is a leader for 90 minutes not 50 or 60

The attendance was just over 7000, and there couldnt have been much more than 1000 Walsall fans there?

Quote from: UsualSuspect on July 22, 2011, 09:06:12 AMlets be honest though Paul we all know Heskey aint going to do that in the PLhe is not the future. The same as petrov isn't the future because we know his has an appalling fitness level - get Bannan in and if he's not good enough ship him out.Petrov played 78 minutes last night & did well. Albrighton was the one who looked fucked. If Delfouneso is the future then he needs to take chances like he has last night else he'll never get in the team.

I expect the official '3,974' figue quoted by DW had to be massaged downwards for H&S / ground certification reasons as they let more into the 'side' than there were seats!
How do I watch the match on AVTV? I'm a season ticket holder ain't it supposed to be free or something?
