Torres has just drifted past Dunne like he genuinely wasn't there.

Anyone saying Dunne looks sharp must be pissed.

torres does that to most defenders -thats why he cost £50m.-you seem to have a downer on dunne whatever he does , many poor displays but in your eyes its dunne dunne dunne.

In fairness that touch by Torres would have done most defenders.

No downer at all.  Thought he was an excellent signing for us and thought his first season was quality.

Today he's been atrocious though.  At fault for both their goals and created a couple of other chances for them.

Great floating pass from Makoun there. Unlucky Gabby couldn't control.

There were a couple of flashes of what Delph is capable of.

Care to share

for me he's showed he's capable of lacing up his own boots (assuming he did that himself) and then watching players in blue run past him,

not trying to be a clever twat - i just don't get the hype we see on here sometimes about FD - injuries/inexperienced at this level/still young - sure but for me he's shown very little in a Villa shirt whenever I've watched him at VP or on the box .This afternoon is no exception

just my take

He played one or two good cross-field passes that Marc Albrighton failed to take advantage of. He was generally quite poor though, as most of them have been. It's only a friendly though. Fabian'll be good for us next season, I reckon.

Whey hey!  Gary G.

This is Chelski's fifth pre-season game.  They also had a week in Malaysia before this.

I'm hoping this is why they look fitter and sharper.

Behave.  Torres just ran at him.  A centre half who doesn't know how to defend against a striker running at him isn't much use to us.

I doubt there's a central defender in the premier league that hasn't been turned by Torres! He is quite a handy player, you know!

I'm sorry to say this - but Warnock looks pedestrian.

Let's not get too harsh chaps. The boys look completely knackered. Chelsea have been in this region for a long period of time and have played a bunch of Thai schoolboys and amateur teams. The opposition has been easy but has allowed them to get used to the conditions. They then played the HK champs in the last game at night whereas we played a PL team when it was 40C and sunny. Big, big difference. Chelsea are a good team without those factors. I don't want it sound like excuses but reasons. AM will want us to get out unscathed, but he'll be seeing things in the squad and certain players. Let's not get too carried away with this result and performance.

I seem to remember him making vidic look pretty piss poor on a couple of occasions.
