According to the odds at Sky Bet, favourites for being the next permanent Villa manager are Sam Allardyce and Rafa Benitez.

Unsurprisingly they have gone for the high profile manager's currently out of a job.  No thought behind it and about as reliable as our poll as to who it would be if Gezza goes.

I don't think GH will go/be sacked, but if he does, I can imagine that the board will be looking for a manager with PL experience that is currently out of a job.

Depends how long they've been running that market, really, the prices will start to follow the money soon enough.

Can't see Coyle or Moyes coming to Villa, especially how this season has gone... Jol looks a steady one for me.

if anyone thinks GH's fawning over his former suitors was bad, just wait to see how bad it would be if the hero Rafa goes back up there.

Who in God's name has voted for Houllier?  Haven't we learned already that the man is totally and utterly inept?  I'm stunned he's got one vote.
