If Collins and Cuellar don't make it I guess it will have to be Walker, Beye, Baker and Warnock/Delph then, oh dear.  Would like to see Delph and Makoun in the middle.  1-0 Gabby.

Skybet have 10/3 for a Wolves win and 5/2 for the draw.

Clearly they don't know how wanky we are.

"the chances of Villa keeping a clean sheet
is a million to one they say"

(to the tune of that "HG Wells attack from Mars" 70's concept album whose name escapes me)

Sorry to be a bit negative but with our  defensive problems i can see us losing this one. I hope not but i can see us losing 2-1.

I'm starting to think that perhaps a back-line of:

Walker  Makoun   Petrov   Delph

wouldn't be TERRIBLE if we become desperate. I think I'd rather have experience than the promised 'talent' of the likes of Baker and Lowry, no disrespect to them of course.

If we desperate for bodies at the back then Emile would do a decent job

Depending on how stretched we are I'd go for Heskey. Bradley might do a job there too as he is over six foot.

Makoun and Petrov are too short to play as centre backs and certainly to play as a partnership.

As long as Cuellar is fit we'll be fine. If he's not then we are fucked. We can get away with an inexperienced or out of position player next to him or another experienced centre half.

Fuck the defence...let's play to score more goals than the opposition! ATTACK! ATTACK! ATTACK!

We look good going forward and Wolves just aren't that good.

Think Cuellar and Collins will be fit. Baker and Walker will make it a solid defence. Villa 2-0 Bent Downing ...........

I'll be having a few quid on the last goal coming past 80 minutes.

That's pretty much free money.
