Houllier out

Cause that is going to happen. He has a trust in the squad, and some are performing well, some are not, but the opposition would twat our strongest team - oh they did 3 months ago 4-0 here.

What happened six weeks ago?

That's the point.

Send the kids out, get a twatting, you're out of the cup, but if the twatting is too heavy, it'll have a knock on effect detrimental to our brittle, but recently improved morale.

Send the best team we can out, and we've got a chance of winning this match. They'd also have been fired up for it, having done well at the weekend, and wanting to put right the last shit performance here.

If you take out the factor of those poor sods who travelled all the way over there, this is a worse capitulation than Moscow.

I only had a night off work to watch it on the telly, but I want my free dinner.

I'd swap Gabby for Ash and swap walker for petrov.

Walker left back and Delph in midfield.

I'd leave Gabby on, he's made a coupler of decent runs, and take Fonz off. Otherwise I agree, would give us a better balance and Petrov has been dire so far.

We won the home game on the back of a massive signing and a great home support. We have been shite at City for years - no sign that is going to change. Learning that Delph is a good footballer and Bannan is exceptional. We retaining the ball much better, and have created 2-3 decent chances despite the scoreline. Poor defending twice has cost us dear, and some are showing they are not up to it. Petrov and Gabby both look poor.
Yea and the manager is suicidal or clueless.

We can't get out of our own half, mostly. We can't penetrate. It's not just the fact that the players are rubbish, it's the style of play. We ain't up to it. We should play to our strengths.

I agree that the team selection was pants and that we should be pulling out all the stops for an FA cup game, but I can't agree we don't seem up for it, or aren't trying.

Don't worry, most of the country has switched off. It's fucking dire aside from the fact Villa are losing.

I dont even think the teams that week to be fair, it ent the strongest but were capeable of much much better than this.
Its funny, earlier in the week Houllier had made us look good again, and now he's the worst thing ever. Make yer minds up
My mind is made up.  Fuck GH right out of the club.  If this is not the time to play our strongest team when is?
And no it's not funny at all...

The funny was as in strange funny, not haha funny
Well yeah it is our strongest team, maybe he feels this is a strong team capeable of winning the game, i dont think we've been that bad, 2 defensive mistakes and Petrov's been dreadful, thats all. I dont think were as bad as being made out.

To be fair, the young players haven't looked too bad.

Petrov hasn't impressed for far too long now, and Gabby is one of the 'best' examples of a confidence player there is.

Me an all.

Only if it's that VMF place, though. None of that curry and chips in the Holte Suite rubbish.

?Take Heskey off push Gaby and the fonz in the middle, and play Ash on the right.
