It's not about finding his feet though, as such. But people seem to have written him off already. It was 1 bad game, that is all. Every player has had them this season.
I haven't written him off, there is time, however against Man City he was embarrasing.
Hopefully that game was a one off.

Head and brick wall springs to mind here-

This is not the time to be experimenting with players who may or might not be up to the Premiership. If we were safe and winding the season down then ok give him a go.

We are not and as Risso says we have only a few games to get it right.

If Bradley is not up to speed don`t play him.

I would love to be as positive as some on here but as I see it right now we are in a fight to retain our status in the league - have we got the players and manager to stomach that fight?

Perhaps give Bradley time pre season when there is nowt at stake.

I agree, he was awful against Man City. However I still think he has enough quality to make a positive impact on our season still, and will form a solid partnership alongside Makoun.

The issue is that we (well, GH) need to see enough of Bradley to make a decision on signing him or not, so judging him in pre-season doesn't really help us in that regard.

He was poor/average against City but then again I only rated two of our players who did look remotely decent that night.

Bradley is not a young inexperienced kid- he's an experienced international whose played in holland and Germany , and like many players it can take time to settle- I'm sure he's good enough and to be judged on one full game as some are doing is unfair.

I think he will come good.

It's a comfort knowing Makoun will be back for the Wolves game.

Delph or NRC with him will be solid enough centrally.

The problem with Bradley is that he is only on loan until the end of the season.  The double edged sword is that he needs games to improve but his perfomance when he did play at Man City did not warrent him playing any more games when we are struggling for points and need our best possible 11 every week.

Bradley actually started pretty well against City, and he combined well with Petrov and Bannan at times in the first half. Second half, he was awful, passing with no accuracy and seeming not to know where to stand on the pitch. However, I think there's enough there - you don't become a bad player overnight, and it's wrong of some to be dismissing him on the basis of one game while forgetting how well he played at the World Cup, for instance (it's unfair to expect people to have seen him play for Gladbach).

Bradley is cover for NRC I assume. We can have a look at him and when Reo Coker fucks off in the summer we'll have an idea if he's up to it.

I'd still rather keep reo- coker and sell petrov personally. Nige has been impressive since regaining his place and offers more than stan, I think Bradley is more of an attacking midfielder eho has a decent shot on him, but with delph, makoun and reo- coker in centre midfield contention I can't see Bradley being given many games unless we win the next 3 and get to safety , then we can maybe give him a run.

One thing we seem to be forgetting too with regards to Bradley is that he left BM after a falling out with the coach there. They have since sacked him and got a new coach who may well want Bradley back in the Summer.

Bradley may very well come good in time.  However, with 7 league games left and us in a precarious league position, we can't afford the luxury of him finding his feet at the moment.  I'm suprised that people are happy for Bannan to go out on loan, a player who has played very well at times this season, and yet are happy to give Bradley time to come to terms with the rigours of the Premier League.

I think it depends on your perspective Risso, personally I do not think we will get relegated so whilst balancing the risk I see the remaining games as an opportunity to plan for next season. With the number of CM we would never get the chance to play them all, therefore send Bannan on loan to gain experience/strength and have Bradley closer to the first team.

We'll still need an older head in there so NRC/Petrov will also be needed probably with MK2 and Delph as the other main CM.

I don't think we'll get relegated either, but it's by no means a certainty that we'll stay up.  Lose the next game and we're completely in the shit.

...If that happens then I'd recall Bannan (winky thing).

And then we'd see him towards the end of April! (winky thing backatcha!)
