Yep. I think NRC is vital to how GMac and Ged if they stay want to play, so getting him on a new deal is very important. He would cost 6-8 million to replace with anyone any good too.

Having watched Adam this season, his set plays and passing ability could be very good in our team with a player like Bent.

I agree Adam would be a great addition but I think there will be bigger fish after him such as liverpool and spurs.

Think spurs will go for Parker not Adam. I reckon it depends if Liverpool want Adam. Otherwise we've got a great chance if we want him.

I'm really warming to the idea of playing 4-3-3 next year. I think with a more attacking, creative and patient style we can score more goals than we managed under MON.

We'd need full backs who are good on the ball, probably one more central midfielder, and a replacement for AY.

I'd be really excited about Sturridge, but we'd probably be wasting him to play him wide in a 3. N'Zogbia would be a more ready made replacement, as would Gervinho but I think he's aspiring for better.

I also really, really want Walker to stay, but I think our only chance is doing a swap deal with Harry, or if Harry wants to finance some mega signings and needs the cash.

Are we expecting Friedel to stay on or will he be our back-up goalie?

Today he showed his world class saving abilties but do we go for someone younger who we will have for a while?

The Daily Mail think he is going to West Brom.

The lad Puncheon from Blackpool would be a good addition. Seen him 4-5 times since he signed in Jan, fast, tricky and good finish. Young will have to be replaced creatively squad wise, but also we do need people up top who have a trick and can beat people. Hoillet from Blackburn is the other obvious one.

I'm not sure about buying Adam from Blackpool. Attacking wise he is a revelation but defensively he is dangerous. He almost epitomises the Blackburn team this season in one body.

To be honest I am just looking forward to seeing what the summer brings - just hope that when the new season starts that we have a squad of players that want to play for the club and all the ego's have gone!

But i can honestly say I just dont understand this love in with Mediocre Coker - to me yesterday the game passed him by, and I cannot remember any creative influence he had on the game!! oh yes forgot he is our midfield destroyer - and he did put their midfield player out of the game, by kicking him!!

IF as he says that AC Milan are in for him then surely as he is such a world class footballer as he believes he will be on the next plane to Milan, as this is a no brainer even for him!

I think that's really harsh. I thought he was very good yesterday in terms of getting his foot and breaking up their game, particularly given his early booking and his performances in the last dozen games has contributed to the decent run we've had. He has grown in confidence working with a management team that have faith in him.

I hope the club can persuade him to stay.

Adam is someone we should look at, as he's capable of sliding a ball through to Bent.

Ashley has improved in this regard in the last 10 games or so. He and Downing are the only ones capable of it.

We need 2 centre mids ideally, both need to move the ball quicker than Stan and Nige.

In an absolutely ideal world we'd get Milner back and Ireland would decide not to be a headcase. Those pair either side of Makoun with Delph, Bannan and Stan covering would be fine going into next year.

I keep seeing folk willing us to go after Foster, Johnson and Dann from those hopeless bastards down the road.

I'd like to see how they can perform in a side that is willing to leave it's own half before even thinking about signing them.

I think Foster yes but not sure about the other 2.  Johnson has shown that he is lost without Dann and that he is just an ordinary defender.  I have a blues mate who says that Dann is much better than Johnson
