Oh well at least Scotland played a bit better than I expected. Not bad to lose by only six points considering they were playing sixteen men.

It wasn't pretty but four out of four.

Tindall is no great loss and it may be pushing it a bit but I think if he was marrying plain Jane from maidstone he would have been dropped a while back. he has no pace and his ball carrying very rarely opens anything up, nor does he tend to break the defensive line, or score. Defensively he can put a tackle or two in, but other than that I struggle to see what he brings to the team.

Hape has done better in the last couple of games and Flutey is a miss. Not sure about Banahan either. he's a big ol' tool but just looks like that. He looks like the 14 year-old kid playing with 16 year0olds because he's too big to play with his own age group. Trouble is he's not ready for this level and may never be. i'm still unsure about him.

Maybe a defensive selection but I'd be tempted to put Jonny Wilkinson in the centre next to Hape.  He'd do the tackling and would probably get Hape involved on an attacking foot a lot more than Tindall could. He'll also know Youngs/Flood/Foden will be buzzing around him in the centre of the pitch so keep feeding them as well.

I have said it before, I don't know what Sinbad has to do to get a game.

So do I go the Bartons after the match tomorrow, or to a pub that is showing the Ireland v England game.

Exactly particularly with that lump Bananman picked in his place.
