I can undertstand why he want's to make a 'point', but he's going completely the wrong way about making his point. It's a moronic rule which makes no sense but resigning is just his attention seeking, drama queen act coming out.
i think theres a case for Holloway and Blackpool for many reasons, not least because they were playing Villa who were playing crap at the time, and he probably thought he could get a result against such a half arsed teamas for Mick Mcarthy and Wolves, he sent out a under strengh side to lose against Man Utd, he made 10 changes so he could hold back his strongest players to play Burnley a few days later which he won, some would argue that he did the right thing,i say he cheated, and if he was allowed to do it once, he might well do it a dozen times next season against the top 6, and turn the whole league into a circus
