My love of modern football dies a little bit every day.  I just won't be bothering with international football in any form any more.
I don't blame you.  After all, when did the IOM last qualify for anything?

That's cold, man.

Yeah its way to hot there can you imagine bumming in that heat.

Are you saying that you can imagine bumming if it was cooler Melon?

Well I wouldn't want to bum in that heat would you? FIFA really should take these things into consideration before choosing hosts.

I'm not entirely sure I'd want to bum in any temperature. mind you, I haven't actually tried it so you might be right.

I think you'd get away with it if you called it something else. How about 'taking banter in the fan zone'

Blatter with a classic "non apology, apology"; saying that "if somebody feels that they have been hurt, then I regret it and present apologies".

My reading of this is that he's not sorry for what he said only that people were offended by it.

Blatter should certainly be apologising for awarding the World Cup to Qatar in the first place. Personally, I can't stand the bloke, but advising homosexuals to abstain from homosexual activity in Qatar in 2022 is actually spot on. It's illegal there and carries harsh penalties.

Should have won the Green Jersey in the Tour de France

...but was disqualified for having 3 legs.

Although part of being granted the World Cup is that FIFA reserve the right to change any laws that don't suit them for the duration of the tournament.

He could have asked them to start to crawl out of the Middle Ages or they weren't getting it.
