I dunno really, I cant say I've given it much thought but I'd say Elton John was gay rather than bisexual despite him being married to a woman at some point.

Elton John was living a lie though, he didn't just decide to have a bit of of a dabble. If I suddenly decide to have a bash at a bloke it would suggest bisexuality, but getting married to hide the real you (not you) is something different.

Rushing off to the job centre so no time to read all the pages of this thread but has anybody commented that, as a student, Blatter was a founder member of the Stockings and Suspenders Preservation Society?

If they were to be preserved for women he is well worthy of a second look by the Qatar authorities if the society was - heaven forbid -  to preserve them as male attire the hypocrisy is is almost as breathtaking as the award to Qatar in the first place.
