Rumour has it that these extra tickets are tickets the Noses couldn't shift in their part of the lower Railway, so they've moved the segregation up to accommodate us.
wild internet rumours mate.....these tickets that are left will be seats dotted around the ground....

So these extra tickets that villa have put on sale are in the home ends ?.

Yes, of course they are.

Wild Internet rumours? This is what Blues do everytime they can't shift tickets in their part of the away stand - they shift the segregation further over and hand more tickets to the away club. Happens practically every home game at the Sty because of your piss poor support.
Don't make excuses, Bluenose - you simply can't sell a pitiful 24k to get a full house.

In all fairness i did here that the tickets left over were mainly kids season ticket holders seats and these will be dotted around, the segregation was always gonna be were it is but the 700 tickets we had took off us will now be 500. Which does mean that there will be 500 empty seats in the villa end just as nthere was 400 in the blues end at villa park. Being a villa fan From Chelmsley i hate to agree wiv anything a nose says.

Kids seats or not, they only have to sell 24k to sell out. If they can't muster 24k for such a big game at relatively cheap prices then it's a damning inditement of their club.
What a dreadfully small fanbase they have at the Sty.

You're right, small heath's support is on level with Wigan's and I'm being deadly serious... expect to see the usual mass of empty seats at the Sty in 8 days time:

And it looks like Manchester council have also taken exception to us too. The maximum away allocation at Citeh is 2,846 but we've been given 2,600. I read in the paper before the recent manc derby that United's allocation had been cut to 2,600 because of persistent standing by their fans and it seems the same's happened to us.
I wish these faceless council committees would explain the thinking behind these ludicrous decisions and why they pick on certain clubs.
Small Heath and United both had their allocations cut at Villa Park recently, with seats clearly left empty, yet other away fans stand up at both Villa and The Sty without the same punishments. In fact, don't most away fans stand up at most grounds?

Yes, and now it looks like councils are starting to act.
So sit down?

Either that or give clubs (and councils) an excuse to ban away fans altogether.
