2 years ago I'd have been very,very surprised at this.  Not so much now.  It really is a shame he couldn't manage 'the next step' with us.  As good a manager as he is, I just don't see how he could with any fringe Champions League club.  Maybe he's realise this too? 

For the first few years, good luck to the bloke.
