i have a feeling if this is true that it strongly points to jurgen klinsmann and i would be more than happy with that , maybe a german international or 2 to boot , would be nice.
Attractive in all sorts of ways. High profile and a world-wide reputation. He likes living in England and would probably be prepared to leave California for England. He speaks much better English than, say, Capello, Grant and Mancini. He obviously has strong connections with the Bundesliga. Would he be able to bring Podolski, who's having a miserable time at Cologne? He was a great success with the German national team. There are suggestions that RL is looking for a young manager, and Klinsmann would qualify on that count, whereas Eriksson wouldn't. But the fact remains that he was very unsuccessful in his one attempt at club management with Bayern Munich.

How would the existing squad react to a Klinsmann? Would he command their respect?

I would think that the squad would respect Klinsmann. After all he did the lot as a player and apparently he is a decent coach also.

The fact Bradley admitted on sky no one from
villa has approached him rules him out in my opinion- after 2 weeks randy would have spoken to Bradley if he wanted it.

The fact klinsmann and rAndy are friends and that jurgen hasn't distanced himself from the job suggests to me maybe we have got our man.

Klinsmann would command respect and be able to attract quality players - I feel if it is him that things are looking up for us and exciting times lie ahead.

I have to admit that although Klinsman would be abit of a gamble, I am rather excited by the possibility.

Any manager is a gamble.  Klinsmann less so over others that have been touted.

I think Klinsmann is about as good as we could wish for.

I think he may be getting mixed up with LIBEL. Even then, I can't see what the problem is - no one has been named in person and it's being taken as rumour/conjeture anyway, not being claimed as truth. Well, not on this site anyway.

You can't be sued for libel if what you're saying is true.

You can try and sue anybody for anything if you are so inclined.
Whether you win or not is another thing, but probably more dependent on your bank balance than any notions of truth.

As MON has shown repeatedly.
